Last updated September 27, 2026. Pacific Lube sells personal care and pleasure products to adults. Discretion is the point of the store, and it applies to your information too. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
Age check on entry. You enter your date of birth to come in. It is checked and never stored. We keep a record of the check itself (passed or not, the time, your IP address, and your browser and device type) for 30 days, then delete it. The pass lasts for your browser tab only.
ID check at checkout. Before your first order, you photograph your ID with your phone. The check is performed by our age and identity verification provider. We receive the result (passed or not, the date, and whether the name matches your account), not a copy of your ID; the images of your ID are deleted within seconds of the check. We keep the record of the check, including your IP address and browser and device type, for 180 days so we can answer payment disputes, then delete it.
Your account and orders. Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and what you ordered.
Payments and security. Every page of this site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure form and go directly to the processor, which protects them under the PCI DSS security standard. We never see or store your full card number. Account passwords are kept only in hashed form.
Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form.
Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, used to run the site securely and prevent fraud. The site uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work (your cart, your sign-in, the age pass). We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
How we use it
To confirm you are an adult, fulfil and ship your order, answer your questions, handle returns, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We email you about your orders. We send marketing email only if you ask for it, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who make an order possible, and only what each needs: our fulfilment partner and carriers (your name, shipping address and the items), our payment processor, our verification provider, and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent your information. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as you keep your account. Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact messages until your question is resolved and a reasonable time after. Age-check records for 30 days and ID-check records for 180 days, then they are deleted.
Your choices
You can see and edit your details in your account. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and the data we are not required to keep. Send the request through our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Adults only
This site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
