Adults only
You must be 18 or older to enter the site and to buy. We verify age on entry and verify your ID before your first order. Orders may only be shipped to an adult at the delivery address.
Your account
Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for orders placed on your account. We may close an account that is used for fraud, resale or abuse.
Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, the ID check fails, or we suspect fraud. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is added where required.

See our Shipping & Returns policy. In short: discreet packaging, all sales final, and defective, damaged or wrong items made right within 30 days.
Using our products
Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, including cleaning, compatible lubricants and materials. Check ingredients if you have sensitivities. Stop using a product if it causes discomfort, and ask a doctor if you have a medical question. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Warranties and liability
Products carry their manufacturers’ warranties; we will help you use them. Beyond that and the Shipping & Returns policy, products and the site are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Product names, images and descriptions belong to their brands and are used to describe products we sell. The Pacific Lube name, design and original content are ours; please do not copy them.
